RESEARCH
With our extended network of coffee producers, suppliers and partners, we undertake extensive research in order to find the ideal coffee our buyers and distributors are looking for. Our professional onsite Q-graders and agro-engineers guarantee us the origin, the physical and sensorial quality of the coffee we are supplying.
ORIGIN QUALITY CONTROL
From its harvesting time to its drying methods and export packing process, the coffee beans can suffer extensive damage and contamination. With this in mind, we focus on knowing the exact origin of the coffee, we follow the drying methods until the coffee is finally packed into the jute bags and the bags are put in the container for its exportation.
TRANSPORTATION
We partner with reliable and reputable sea freight transportation companies. Delivering on time is crucial for our buyers and distributors, and this is something we clearly understand. We, therefore, take pride in delivering the coffee at the agreed time or even before it.
DELIVERY CONTROL
Digital copies of all original documents of the export-import coffee are sent to our buyers or distributors when the coffee departs from the port of origin – the original documents are mailed to us and we deliver these to their pre-owner or owner. At the same time, we do our final coffee quality control check.
